- We can start your visa application only once we have received all the required documents and a 50% deposit (or full payment). The funds must be cleared first in our account (please take in consideration that International bank transfers clearing takes up to 5 Indonesian working days).
- Balance must be paid after your visa is approved. There is no need to pay anything at the immigration office.
- Current payments options are : cash, credit card, PayPal, Transferwise. All our prices are in IDR. Please note that all the transaction fees and currency conversion fees remain at the charge of the customer.
- All our prices already include tax and are subject to change at any moment without notification.
- Once the application is processed, cancellation is not allowed and no refund is possible. We do not hold responsibility if immigration laws & rules change and it affects your visa application.
- Bali Visa Experts does not hold responsibility if you are late in submitting your passport, documents and/or payment to us that causing a delay of application process and incurring overstay or any other issue.
- We recommend you start your visa extension process 15 days before it expires or 60 days before expiry for KITAS. Do not wait until the last day.
- Application process is made in accordance with the address of your residence. We work exclusively with the immigration offices of Denpasar and Jimbaran.
- If you change your residential address or passport, please inform us immediately.
- To protect our customers confidentiality and privacy we need a written approval letter from the applicant to allow a third party to discuss any application process or progress.
- We follow the Indonesian Immigration policy & regulation rules. Bali Visa Experts is an independent and private company so we are not responsible if the Indonesian laws, policy & regulations changes create a difficult situation for you and we are not liable in any way.
