B211 Visa for Indonesia

The whole process of the B211 visa is now online and you won’t need to visit an Indonesian Embassy overseas. Bali Visa Experts will be glad to become your sponsor for your Business visa.

The original purpose of this visa is to attend negotiations, conferences and workshops ; look for business and investment partners ; participate in humanitarian or volunteering activities ; visit family.
It does not allow work (for that you will need a Kitas working permit)

Once you receive your e-visa you have 90 days to use it.
It is a single entry visa so leaving Indonesia will end the visa.

The initial duration of the B211 is 60 days starting from your entry on Indonesian soil. It can be extended 4 times 30 days per extension at a cost of 800.000 IDR per extension.

Getting your Business Visa B211

Required documents :

- passport scan (cover + main page) with 12 months minimum validity

- bank statement with at least 1.500 USD / EUR on it

- full vaccination card

- health/travel insurance

Getting to Indonesia

Only once you have received your e-visa we recommend you to book your flight. Here are the requirements to enter Indonesia :

  • - Negative PCR test IN ENGLISH done in less than 72 hours
  • - Paper copy of your e-visa + health insurance + vaccination card
  • - Land in Jakarta and do a PCR test onsite + 8 days quarantine in one of the government-approved hotels (we will provide you the list, the traveler will bear the cost, hotels offer all included packages)
  • - Do another PCR test at the end of your quarantine

Getting to Bali from Jakarta requires a negative PCR test (done in less than 48 hours).

Getting your business visa extended

We will come to pickup your passport for free at your accommodation or you can come directly to our office to get the process started.

  • - Procedure takes 8 to 12 days
  • - Only your passport is required
  • - Only 1 visit at the Immigration office is required during your 1st extension to get your picture and fingerprints. Our staff will be here to assist you at the Immigration office and save you time
  • - If you change from another sponsor to us we will need the PDF of your current e-visa and a letter from him

VERY IMPORTANT ! YOU MUST APPLY FOR YOUR VISA EXTENSION AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR VISA EXPIRY.
